About PVOne Capital
PVOne Capital and its subsidiaries have been in business since 2014. The business was formed by entrepreneurs looking to diversify their personal holdings outside of private business and the stock market. The original investment thesis was to invest in all different forms of real estate while minimizing the downside risk in a recession.
From this idea, a company was born. Years later, we keep true to our original mission and have expanded our business lines. We invest in and hold our assets for the long term.

We are a group of entrepreneurs who build great things. We think like owners, not fund managers here to just write a check and collect a fee. We are active operators in each of our portfolio companies, managing the day-to-day and all strategic decisions. We invest along side of our investors and when they do well, we do well.

Our first Opportunity Zone Fund, founded and funded by the partners of PVOne Capital. Fund I provided a tax deferred solution for investor’s current capital gains and capital gain elimination through a risk mitigated, long term real estate and technology portfolio.
