The business was formed by entrepreneurs looking to diversify their personal holdings outside of private business and the stock market. The original investment thesis was to invest in all different forms of real estate while minimizing the downside risk in a recession.From this idea, a company was born. Years later, we keep true to our original mission and have expanded our business lines.
